Level Up your Child's Reading Skills with Prince William Public Libraries this summer! Safford Brown KIA Manassas is proud to sponsor All Together Now, an engaging Reading Event spanning multiple weeks from June 20th to August 20th!Event Details
- Complete all your activities and/or book reading between June 20th and August 20th and receive a free book and many additional prizes (while supplies last)!
- With over 250 in-person and virtual reading programs, anyone can participate!
- Popular activities such as Sing Books With Emily, Dinoman Dinosaur Show For Kids, and Laser Tag for Teens will be returning!

- What is the Summer Reading Program? The Summer Reading Program at Prince William Public Libraries is an annual program that blends quality learning, challenges, and incentives to inspire and motivate children, young adults, and adults alike to read! This year's Summer Reading Program is focused on Kindness, Friendship, and Unity with the overall theme of All Together Now. The program also combines Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math elements through activities, music, puppetry, theaters, story times, and more!
- Do I Need To Have A Library Card To Participate? Kids and Young Adults are not required to have a library card to participate, even if they're just here for the summer. Adults do require a Prince William Public Library card to participate in Adult Summer Reading.
- How Is This Helpful To My Child? Studies indicate that students who don't continue their learning activities throughout the summer tend to forget what they've learned throughout the summer. 6th Graders who don't continue their reading in the summer are two years behind their classmates. Reading just four books can help students maintain or increase their literacy level!
